Squid Throw FORM/POWER/PRO & Squid Bands Safety Precautions

At Squid Sports, we're committed to ensuring that your training experience is not only effective but also safe. For those utilizing our Squid Throw products (FORM, POWER, PRO) and Squid Bands, we advise a few simple yet crucial precautions.

Firstly, always be aware of your surroundings. It's essential to have a clear space around you when using the Squid Throw to prevent the ropes from accidentally contacting others. Remember, the Squid Throw is designed for a throwing simulation, not release, so maintain a firm grip on the ball at all times. To ensure the safety of yourself and others, keep a safe distance from people and avoid placing the Squid Throw ropes over your head or using it in a manner that risks entanglement.

Children (under 18 years of age ?) should only use the Squid Throw under adult supervision. If you have pre-existing shoulder pain or discomfort, it’s wise to consult a healthcare professional before starting to use the Squid Throw. Make sure to follow all usage instructions and recommended exercises provided on our website or instructional materials.

For those using Squid Bands, regularly inspect the bands for wear or damage to ensure they are in good condition. When attaching the bands to the Squid Throw and anchor points, verify they are secure to prevent accidental snapback. Avoid pulling bands towards your face in case of an accidental snap back.

Children using the Squid Bands should do so under adult supervision, and we advise starting with lower resistance bands, gradually increasing the intensity of your workouts.

Your safety is our priority. By following these guidelines, you can enjoy the full benefits of our Squid Throw products and Squid Bands, enhancing your performance while minimizing risk. Happy and safe training!
